I recently visited Belle’s Cocktail House in Lexington. There aren’t many whiskey bars in Kentucky where I don’t know someone when I walk in the door, but on this particular night I knew at least half of the people in the bar. Just call me Norm. My friends Mike and Bob from Sips Suds and Smokes were in there setting up to tape a show and they asked me to join them in hosting the show.

We went through a series of blind tastings trying to determine, among other things, which samples were older. We discussed what time does to bourbon and other whiskeys. In the end, we mostly all agreed age isn’t everything. Give it a listen here:
