Derby Cocktail Recipes From Blade & Bow

I attended the Stitzel-Weller Affair last night on Derby Eve. It was hosted by Garden & Gun and Blade & Bow, and as with everything that goes on at Stitzel-Weller it was a fabulous time. Beverages were from the fabulous Hawthorn Beverage. The rain caused the party to be moved into the tent, but it was cozy and the food was fabulous. After dinner we were treated to a special performance by the Steep Canyon Rangers. Happy Derby Day and here are some cocktail recipes if you need them.

Blade & Bow Julep

1.25 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1 Part Demerara Syrup

Mint Sprig

Blade and Bow “New” Fashioned

1.25 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Muddled  Orange Slice

.75 oz. St. Germain

The Track Side

1.25 oz. Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

.75 oz. Fino Sherry

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. 1:1 Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters

Seltzer & Mint
